Our dream began just a few short years ago with a wedding, a baby (Tessa), and a move to Northumberland County, all in just 8 short weeks.

Often throwing caution to the wind, life has continued to be a wild ride.

We launched Lofty Butter Company in March of 2020, which has blossomed into something so much more: a community, a means for making social impact, and now a storefront in the lovely small-town of Colborne, Ontario.

Chad is a serial entrepreneur and the driving force that has brought to life this incredible dream; he actually used to have a photo studio just across the road from where Lofty Kitchen now stands!

My (Marie's) background is in Business Administration and I've always dreamed of working in the food industry but didn't know how to make it happen.

And Tessa, well, she makes a great taste-tester and runs the show, as toddlers do.
