Tart Cherry Chocolate Bar

Montmorency cherries are tart and tangy, making them an ideal contrast to 70% dark chocolate.

Over a dozen cherries are studded into each bar, each one bursting with flavour. Angela takes care to space them out evenly to make sure there is a perfect balance of cherry and chocolate in each bite.

Handcrafted by the chocolate master herself, Angela at Centre & Main Chocolate creates unique and award-winning small-batch chocolate at her gallery in Warkworth. Her chocolate has earned national and international recognition, putting small town Warkworth on the map for her tantalizing and complex creations.

Made in a studio that uses dairy, wheat, and nuts.
